Brookstone Villas is a Keller subdivision with 21 residential villa lots, open space and an attractive entrance. The subdivision has a single street ending in a cul-de-sac. Thirteen of the lots are around 54' x 99' in size (5350 sf). Buildable area is approximately 44x67 on these 13 lots but can be increased to 44x84 on 7 of these lots if you have a J-swing garage rather than a front-entry garage. Brookstone Villas is a Planned Development located in central Keller on the west side S Pate Orr Rd across the street from the Keller Town Center zoning district. It is approximately 1000 feet South of Keller Parkway (FM 1709, known as Southlake Blvd to the east and Golden Triangle Blvd to the west).
Amenities will include open space areas on both sides of the road at the entrance to the subdivision -- on one side will be a detention pond with a fountain and on the other side will be a landscaped common area with a combination of mature trees, new trees, other landscaping such as hedges and flowers, benches, and walkways. Buildable area is 45x65 on the 11 smaller lots and larger on the other lots -- see the Plat for details. It is a Planned Development located on 4.7 acres on S. Pipeline (not W. Pipeline) in Euless about 1/4 mile east of FM 157. This location is just 10 minutes from DFW Airport. Amenities include mature trees, natural setting, masonry screening wall along S. Pipeline, and common areas with other amenities. The Courtyards is in the HEB School District and is in very close proximity to charter school Treetops International School. Lots now available.
